Digital Strategies

Embracing digital activity and skills across an organization is as much an organizational mindset shift as adapting to a new technology. This requires a change in culture that needs to be done with the right people and partnerships.

BBCC lives at the intersection of a unique combination of creative and entrepreneurial, along with a proven ability to produce digital media that deeply connects with online audiences. We tell your story of the creative process in a passionate, raw and ambitious way.

make art accessible to everyone

The aim is to use digital platforms and channels to provide rich content for existing and new audiences of art, to create and nurture an engaged arts community and to maximize the associated revenue opportunities.

We achieve this by embracing digital activity and developing digital skills across an organization using the digital hub model with spokes reaching out into the community. Think of the hub as a well organized digital outreach toolbox where you select the right tool for your needs. The tool in turn allows you to access data to see if you are getting a good return on your investment.

The promise of digital transformation is to create and unlock new value for organizations in the shape of:

  • Creating deeper and wider connections with existing and new audiences

  • Leveraging these connections in an abundance of ways

  • Developing new revenue streams and new business models

  • Gathering invaluable information through the collection and analysis of data provided by your audience

A digital Case Study

A good example of an organization applying a Digital Strategic Plan is the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. Using live streaming and podcasts to connect people, the DSO grew their audience and became sustainable. They did this by developing the vision to become the most accessible orchestra in the world.

At first, some people thought live streaming would hurt ticket sales; instead ticket sales and donations went up from 50% to 90% with digital broadcasts creating new audiences with a hunger for creativity and live concert experiences.
